Welcome to Medicinal Movement! I provide services to promote well-being. I practice and teach proven routes for strength, mobility, and stability in the body. Since 2013 I have been helping  people find solutions to work with themselves, meeting everyone where they may be at the moment. I have experience working with people who have special needs, may it be debilitating physical limitations or just feeling stuck in life. Movement can be medicine! Movement can keep you feeling YOUng; YOUth and vigor can be reclaimed at anytime…it starts with YOU!

MEDICINAL MOVEMENT BIO

My name is Nico, I love physical expression. May it be someone finding ease in a Yoga posture or going max effort on a barbell squat. My love for movement began as a child, I have been a student of movement all my life through sports and creative movement outlets. I am passionate about helping others gain a better relationship with their bodies and understand what we are all capable of no matter what limitations present themselves.

Mountain Climber

PERSONAL TRAINING 

I help people develop a sense of strength and ease within. Working to develop core awareness, optimal breathing patterns and mobility. This ensures we have a firm foundation to build upon.

DEVELOPMENTAL MOVEMENT PATTERNS 

Working with the Original Strength System together we re-visit movements that built us up to stand and become bipedal.  

Yoga Equipment

YOGA 

Together we work with Yoga Postures to promote awareness and ease in the body, with the use of props we make sure all postures are accessible and safe to perform. Focusing on the alignment of the position, the body starts to open up which promotes strength and mobility of the joints. 

Barbell and Kettlebell Weights
